At Joslin Medical spa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and fair allocation of our resources, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation or Rescheduling: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our patient coordinator. Appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled within the specified notice period may be subject to a cancellation fee of $100.

• Late Arrival:  We strive to provide each of our clients with exceptional service and allocate the necessary time for their treatments. If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reduce the treatment time to avoid inconveniencing other clients who have appointments scheduled after yours. 

• No Show: A “No Show” occurs when a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice. If you do not show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee or require prepayment for future appointments.

• Cancellation Fees:The cancellation fee, no-show fee, or any other applicable charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking or cancellation. These fees are intended to compensate our staff and cover the costs incurred due to the reserved time slot that could have been allocated to another client.

By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy.
